Our courses raise participants racial and cultural literacy by exploring how historical systems of power and exclusion continue to be barriers to hiring, retaining and promoting people of different races, genders, abilities, sexual orientation and all other forms of human diversity. Participants will learn about and engage in dialogue around systemic racism and structural inequity.

 

To get to equity, we must be intentional and deliberate about raising our awareness of how messages of exclusion are at play in our workplaces and lives.
